General Refund Policy

Refunds for Different Service Categories
1. Software Development and Custom Projects
For custom software development, web development, mobile application development, and other bespoke projects:
- Before work commences: If You cancel a project before any work has begun, You may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any processing fees incurred by the Company.
- After work has commenced: Once development work has started, payments made are generally non-refundable. However, if We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables due to reasons attributable to the Company, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
- Milestone-based payments: For projects with milestone-based payments, each milestone payment is non-refundable once that milestone has been approved or delivered.
- Change of requirements: Refunds will not be provided if You change your requirements after work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services, including SaaS products, maintenance plans, and recurring service agreements:
- Initial subscription period: You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. The refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus any processing fees.
- Subscription renewals: Automatic subscription renewals can be refunded if You notify Us within 7 days of the renewal charge date. After this period, no refunds will be provided for the renewed subscription period.
- Partial months: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of subscription service.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be provided as specified above. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. One-Time Services and Consulting
For consulting services, training, audits, and other one-time service engagements:
- Pre-paid services: If You have pre-paid for services and cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery, You may receive a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- Services rendered: Once the service has been delivered, no refunds will be provided unless the service was materially deficient and the deficiency cannot be remedied.
- Digital consulting: For consulting services involving strategic advice or recommendations, no refunds are available once the consultation has been provided.
4. Ready-Made Software and Products
For off-the-shelf software, licenses, and digital products:
- Digital products: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
- Software licenses: Refunds for software licenses may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated or used.
- Defective products: If a product is found to be defective or does not function as described, We will first attempt to fix the issue. If We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided.
Refund Request Process

Our customer support team will acknowledge receipt of Your refund request within 2 business days. We will review Your request and respond with a decision within 7-10 business days.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If Your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in Your account, depending on Your bank or payment provider's processing times.
- Any transaction fees, processing charges, or currency conversion costs incurred by the Company may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment.
Non-Refundable Items and Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or failure to read product/service descriptions before purchase.
- Incompatibility with Your existing systems or software, unless We specifically guaranteed compatibility.
- Issues arising from third-party software, hardware, or services not provided by the Company.
- Failure to use the Service properly or in accordance with provided instructions.
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.
- Services that have been fully rendered or delivered.
- Products or services that were provided free of charge or as part of a promotional offer.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of payment (unless otherwise specified for specific service categories).
Disputes and Chargebacks
If You dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with Your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Us, We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate Your access to the Service.
- Permanently close Your account with the Company.
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
- Report the chargeback to credit reporting agencies.

Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, We may offer service credits for future purchases. Service credits are issued at the Company's sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Service credits typically expire 12 months from the date of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash.
