Online Payments and Subscriptions

Payment Terms

For any products or services purchased through Our Website, You agree to pay the specified fees and applicable taxes. All payments must be made in full before the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on Our Website.

Subscription Services

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your online account management page or by contacting the Company's customer support team.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company. Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all payments made for one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

For Subscription-based services, You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after the initial 7-day period.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
